The midsole is equipped with Mizuno's Enerzy NXT foam, which contains nitrogen. That may sound technical, but what you'll really notice is the soft cushioning and nice bounce with every step. Your feet are well enclosed thanks to the Smooth Stretch upper. It feels pleasant and allows enough air to pass through to keep your feet fresh.
And then the sole: the X10 outsole provides grip, whether it's dry or wet. Made from durable carbon, so it's nice and durable and provides extra support exactly where you need it.
