The Mizuno Wave Paradox is the lightest shoe in its kind which also provides all the support and stability needed overpronating runners.
The apparent contradiction, the Paradox, in the name refers to the qualities of this shoe. The Mizuno Wave Paradox combines two qualities that are usually difficult to combine: maximum support on the one hand and light on the other hand.
This second Paradox version provides even more support and cushioning. The new sole design also provides improved durability and support. The upper is refined.
Typically, for each Mizuno running shoe is the "wave plate", a corrugated plastic sheet in the midsole of the shoe. This plate deforms continuously during running. Under load, the peaks are pushed away from each other and when the load decreases it back springs. The '' Cooperation of the foam material and the wave plate in the midsole "stability increases significantly and loses his shoe slower form.
The shape of the plate differs for each type Mizuno Wave shoe. Your foot type determines the wave plate is suitable for you. In this model, the Double Fan Wave helps counteract the full length of the shoe overpronation.
The sealed upper and Dynamo Reception fit makes for a better fit and more freedom of movement so that the shoe gives a lot of support when walking. Thanks to the breathable Airmesh, which is incorporated in the top of the shoe, the shoe more comfortable and less warm feel.
