Description
“Cityrun” is a Korean brand that most Koreans but also Colombians ride. Due to the great success of this brand, a brand new factory was built in Vietnam a few years ago (Cityrun Vietnam Produce Co., Ltd).
In the small sizes, the shell of the shoe consists of 30% carbon and 70% fiberglass. From shoe size 37 onwards the ratio is 40% carbon and 60% fiberglass. As a result, this shoe offers a perfect combination of deformability and light weight.
This shoe is slightly higher compared to the A2 shoe, which provides extra support.
At the top there is an extra strap that can be tightened for more ankle support.
The shoe has mounting plates with 6 holes. The mounting plates are incorporated into the shell in such a way that the frame can be mounted in direct contact with the aluminum surface of the cleat.
In addition to the ankle padding, this C1 shoe has a thin padding layer in the sole, which also makes it super comfortable.
“High density padding” has also been used in the C1 shoe: the padding (softening) in the shoe retains its resilience for a long time, so that the cushioning is retained even after a longer period, unlike many other types of padding in other shoes where the cushioning is lost over time.
“Top Nano buckle”: top quality at world level

Just like with the Doubleff A2 and A3 models, the Cityrun C1 has paid slightly more attention to comfort compared to the A1. The Koreans pay a lot of attention and feel for a fine finish and you can see that at a glance in these shoes. The ankle edge is higher than the A1 and A2 shoes and therefore offers a lot of support without sacrificing comfort and/or freedom of movement. Because we use extra carbon, this shoe (despite the higher shell) fits very well in terms of weight. This shoe is the perfect entry-level model for young and old.
