Nagano Skate's exclusive diamond plates are ultra-efficient. They offer excellent durability and require no maintenance. A simple wipe with a dry cloth is enough to clean them.
While you need to level other burr stones regularly to keep them working optimally, this is not necessary.
Tip: make a small bottle of water with a few drops of dishwashing liquid and use this as a lubricant.
Do not use oil, as this will loosen the glue used to mount the stone.
When choosing your options, keep in mind that the higher the number in the brackets next to the color, the softer the stone will be. The black is therefore rougher and the gold softer.
For the finest finish you always use gold, but if there is a large burr on it, you should first reduce it with another stone that is coarser.
