The well-known Wave Plate is located in the midsole, which is a plastic plate in the shape of a wave. This wave shape ensures a stable landing and more resilience during the push-off. The Wave Rider GTX is made with mesh for breathability and is waterproof thanks to the Gore-Tex® upper. The shoe features Wgrip rubber for superior grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
