Can't wait to get ice again? Train your timing, balance and of course your muscles with this slidingboard! 5-minute intervals on a slideboard is a very good training.

The bottom of this skate mat is made of anti-slip material so that it stays well in place. The side stops are well placed on the mat (fixed in 7 places).
The mat itself is made of 1.5mm plastic. Because he is very flexible, you simply store it after use.

Clean the mat before training thoroughly (preferably dust-free) to prevent scratches. You can wax the mat with carwax to extend it's lifetime.
